Set-Up Guide
Read and follow every step carefully. Do not skip any steps.
Step 1 — Add LECA
Pour the LECA into the bottom for drainage.
Step 2 — Add Charcoal Layer
Spread a thin, even layer on top of the LECA to keep the terrarium fresh and prevent odors.
Step 3 — Add Soil Layer
Spread the soil evenly over the surface, then (Press it down to create a flat, level layer!!)
Step 4 — Planting
Plant into the soil firmly.
TIP: Separate plants for more variation.
Step 5 — Decorate
Add stones to the surface. Press firmly to secure.
Step 6 — Add Moss
Separate, break apart, and place as desired.
Lighting Directions
Place your terrarium in a room with indirect natural sun light. Like most tropical houseplants, the enclosed ecosystem thrives in well-lit environments without prolonged direct sunlight.
If kept in a dark room, we recommend using the included rechargeable LED.
BONUS TIP: Replant the cuttings as they grow!
LED + Cork
The plants do not require this LED for growth though they can be used as a grow light.
The battery is designed to last up to a few hours per charge unless it’s always plugged in.
