Leaving them wrapped too long can cause stress or damage. If this is a Christmas Gift, that will be opened on Christmas, take the plants out of the Glass Orb and unwrap them as soon as you get our product. Keep them watered for a few days, *not drenched soil, not in direct sunlight but a little light out in open room is perfect.

Start with less water than you think, you can always add more later. Overwatering is much harder to fix. A few light sprays with our spray bottle is sufficient. If pouring water, do not drench soil!

Plants will grow larger over time. Regular trimming will help keep them neat and balanced.

Why is my cushion moss so thick?
Cushion moss naturally grows in dense, compact mats with thick root structures. This is completely normal. If needed, you can gently trim the underside with scissors or our tools to make much flatter, trimming will not harm the moss and helps it establish more evenly in your terrarium.
